Wireless printing was definitely one of the break through technologies within the printing sector. Not only did it finally get rid of the cords around the office, but we also got the opportunity to expand to cloud printing and remove all the IP networking mess we used until that point.
Unfortunately the same technology was quite expensive in the start, but later on HP introduced a separate line-up of AiO’s Wireless DeskJet printers, which were quite a surprise at that point. Basically, for a few hundred dollars you would get a device like the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 Wifi All-in-One Color Printer, which would have all the features of a regular printer + a wireless module added on to it. Quite useful if you’re tired of cords lying around the office. But, more features means more issues, and when it comes to setting up a wireless printer, the only thing which can help you out is patience and a good user manual.
The 2540 User Manual can be found below this article, but in case you’re having some serious issue with your printer, be sure to check out our troubleshooting guide under this link: HP Printer Not Printing.
How to download the HP Deskjet 2540 User Manual
To either setup or troubleshoot your printer, the best documentation you can have is the HP Deskjet 2540 User Manual, preferably in PDF since it’s easier to use the search function. To download it, just go over to ShareDF, a user manual directory which hosts more then 4000 files, including yours. You can find it under this link: http://sharedf.com/documentation/hp-deskjet-2540-user-manual/
